CoP Comm – the Court of Protection and Community Care Podcast from Matthew Wyard – Episode One

Cop Comm is podcast series covering all things court of protection and community care, hosted by 3PB barrister Matthew Wyard. 

Each episode will aim to cover two to three topics on things such as current awareness, latest jurisprudence and pointers for practise, as well as having discussions and debates with interesting guests working in the field. 

In this episode we bring you up to date with changes that came into force on 1st January 2023 both to the Court of Protection Rules and the new Upfront Notification Process for Property and Affairs Deputyship applications.  The Powers of Attorney Bill is also discussed.
