In this month’s brunch, recorded on the 27th of March 2025, 3PB family barrister Andrew Duncan presents the case of Re C [2024] (Change of Given Name) EWCA Civ 1582, a Court of Appeal case concerning a child who wanted to change their forename from a gender specific name to a gender neutral name, in which Andrew was successful.

He is joined by guest speaker Kam Kaur from Parenting Apart. Kam discusses how to help parents to focus on the child or children throughout separation.
